Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of generateairapvideo.com (“AI Rap Video Generator”, “we”, “us”). By uploading a photo or buying credits you agree to them. Effective October 26, 2026.

What you buy

One-time packs of credits, no subscription. A standard video costs 10 credits and an HD video 20; each is a vertical video. Bulin 47 is about 15 seconds, Tiny Desk about 10 seconds, Smalltown Boy Cats about 21 seconds, Babydoll Dance about 14 seconds, Patrick Swayze Dance about 15 seconds, and Bicep Heart about 7 seconds. Credits work for any rap moment on the site and never expire. They belong to your account and cannot be transferred or given to someone else.

Sound

Tiny Desk is silent only. Bulin 47 includes generated sound following its audio reference; Smalltown Boy Cats and Babydoll Dance include AI-generated music. Bulin 47, Smalltown Boy Cats and Babydoll Dance also include a silent version with no audio track. Patrick Swayze Dance and Bicep Heart include a silent version and an optional original-sound version for personal sharing. Original sound belongs to its owner. For personal sharing; when posting, use the sound from the app’s library. Other templates do not include the original song as a file. We make no promise that a video may be used commercially.

Failures and refunds

If a video fails for a technical reason, the credits it used are returned automatically. For a refund, email support@generateairapvideo.com and we will handle it. A refund takes back the credits from that purchase that you have not used yet, in proportion to the amount refunded; credits already used on finished videos are not taken back.

Your content

Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have authorised you to use them, or pet photos you have the right to use. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos we generate from them. See the Acceptable Use policy.
