AI Rap VideoSupport
Help with AI Rap Video Generator runs, payments and our ChatGPT plugin.
Where is my video?
Every run has a permanent task page. Open the link from your chat or your payment confirmation at any time; it shows progress and your finished download. Inside ChatGPT you can also ask "is my video ready?" and the plugin checks the run for you.
Payments, failures and refunds
If a run fails technically, its credit is returned to your order automatically and you can start it again. Paying before the run starts means abandoning checkout never charges you. For anything else, or to request a refund, email us with the link or run id from your task page.

Upload only photos of adults who agreed to it, or of yourself. See Acceptable Use for the full rules.
